It is in our interests to point out; hell-hounds are not sold to all and sundry who come to Market. We maintain excellent standards across all of our goods and you need not question our concern as to our customers' satisfaction.
[Need not, obviously, for there is no doubt that Nicolas cares very little nor do any but the sundry footsoldiers who stand blandly in the front line and pour soothing oil on raging tempers. But Nic is Nic and thus the blandishments come easily - even if there is never lie to find amidst the promises]
[Vendors]
I need not remind any of you that the first sign of bringing to Market what is unsanctioned will find you expelled. When you operate beyond the Market, you are no longer subject to our protection - pricing and otherwise.

We'll need to make preparations. My wretched family have decided to ship their trouble from Italy to London. [For 'we'll', read 'she will']

[After this]
Julia, please cease & desist from trying to schedule meetings with my Vendors. The endless telephone calls & attempts to persuade me they are not defaulting on payments/interested in representation &c is incredibly time-consuming -- and seemingly unproductive for you.
All those wishing to set up a stall for the next Market - applications go through the same department as always. Personally contacting me is utterly redundant.
[Gideon]
Was it one of yours?
My runners found a [...] well. We could say body. Remnants. The aftermath of a body.
I hope this isn't a frequent occurrence, Foster. There's been all too many of these.

No Librarian answers, trotted out neatly to explain such incidents lining themselves up? No line of policy spun out for all the eager readers?
Why, I'm shocked.

To Market, to Market to buy a -- that's really at your discretion, isn't it? It is Market week so scurry to buy your bargains and bits before we close up and move on, now.
Any problems with the merchandise, drop me a line. We do so very much care about satisfaction.
